  This is my second time using Kennards Virginia and I decided to come back here based on the amazing service I received the first time two years ago. Janice and Nerissa are so helpful and personable. They explain things very well and make sure they orientate you well with the location of your unit and how the whole storage system works. Highly recommend.

  Best service ever. I rang the Virginia Parcelpoint office this morning Sat 25 Feb to inquire about a package that the shipper advised arrived and I was just waiting Kennards to send me confirmation so I could collect. The rep if I have the name wrong I do apologise Marissa took my details said she would check and ring back, and she did, my parcel was there I said I’d be there within the hour to collect, and when I turned up she had it ready and once I showed ID I was good to go. I’ve never had a bad experience yet and every time I have collected from their their service is always friendly and very helpful. Whenever I can nominate collection point is is this site for service, convenience and operating hours

  Great experience.
  The lady at the reception is kind and genuinely tries to help you in person and over the call. Highly appreciate her being there.
  
  Well-managed and clean place. All equipment is available onsite for all kinds of load delivery.
  
  The only issue is the passage is narrow, which will be difficult to store more oversized package delivery.

  Customer service at the depot has been nothing shy of friendly, cooperative and willing. Very professional and the setup was easy to navigate around. The location is what attracted me as it’s easy to get to from main road as well as off the freeway if need be. Not to mention from the airport. Stored my vehicle there for 6 months as a last resort and was very comfortable leaving it there in good care. Thanks for your service.

  Great people to deal with.
  The manager was on shift and really went the extra mile to help out with our reqwests.
  Really great service would travel from the opposite side of Brisbane to have the pleasure of dealing with them.

  Called to get a quote, was put on hold, staff didn't knew what hours the facility is accessible, put me on extended hold again and hung up, I don't think I will call them again.
