  Bought some very expensive and supposedly commercial belt swings, trapeze bar and rings, chains and fittings to make our own pine pole swing set. When delivered, the trapeze rings were shattered in the bag with long shards of extremely sharp plastic the result. These rings were pathetically weak and would have caused lacerations requiring many stitches in a child's hand if they were installed when they did this. I phoned to sort it out and in the end settled on aluminium replacements for full retail price plus postage. They wouldn't give a discount or spring for the postage even though the product they sold me was not of merchantable quality and downright dangerous. I agreed to pay out of desperation as it was a Christmas present for the kids.
  The heavy duty chains are the only things that haven't started rusting. All the rivets in the belt swings, the supplied shackles and the chains of the trapeze are rusting quite badly after a short time. These are marketed as professional, commercial fittings as used by councils for playgrounds, etc.
  Nothing but cheap rubbish with a premium price and bad follow up service. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

  Disgusting customer service. Do not care about the safety of children. Their timber posts are not safe & they do not take responsibility. Upon asking for one of their "engineers" to inspect our severely split logs, we were told no & if we had a problem we had to reinstall ourselves! They installed our product initially & it was in for only 3 months with a 12 month warranty when it showed sever signs of falling apart. Do not buy from this company.
